The deformed Steel Iron Rod Bar are produced by small rolling mills. The main types of small rolling mills are: continuous, semi continuous and horizontal.

Billet for continuous small rolling mill is continuous casting billet usually. The rolling lines are laid mostly horizontally and vertically alternately in order to achieve non twist rolling of the entire line.At present, some new processes are introduced in the process of rolling-bar such as walking beam heating furnace, high-pressure water descaling, low temperature rolling and endless rolling.
The production process is as follows:
Walking beam furnace roughing mill -medium rolling mill-finishing mill - water cooling unit - cooling bed - cold shear- an automatic counting device- Baler- Unloading table
