The deformed Construction Rebar Steel are produced by small rolling mills. The main types of small rolling mills are: continuous, semi continuous and horizontal.

The billets used in continuous small rolling mills are generally continuous casting billets. The rolling lines are usually arranged in a horizontal and vertical alternating layout to achieve non-twist rolling throughout the production line, improving product accuracy and surface quality.

Modern bar production lines adopt advanced technologies such as walking beam heating furnaces, high-pressure water descaling, low-temperature rolling, and endless rolling processes to improve production efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and ensure stable mechanical properties.

Steel Bar Manufacturing Process Flow

Walking Beam Furnace → Roughing Mill → Intermediate Rolling Mill → Finishing Mill → Water Cooling Device → Cooling Bed → Cold Shear → Automatic Counting Device → Baling Machine → Unloading Table

Process Description
1.Walking Beam Furnace: Heats continuous casting billets evenly to the required rolling temperature.
2.Roughing Mill: Performs the initial reduction of billet size and prepares the steel for further rolling.
3.Intermediate Rolling Mill: Gradually reduces the section size and improves dimensional accuracy.
4.Finishing Mill: Achieves the final product dimensions, surface quality, and mechanical performance.
5.Water Cooling Device: Controls cooling speed to optimize strength and metallurgical properties.
6.Cooling Bed: Allows finished bars to cool evenly and prevents deformation.
7.Cold Shear: Cuts steel bars into required lengths.
8.Automatic Counting & Baling: Counts, bundles, and prepares products for storage or shipment.
9.Unloading Table: Transfers finished steel bundles for packaging and transportation.
