3) Inspected by authoritative organizations such as CCIC, SGS, BV, and TUV, with standard seaworthy packaging
Our EN 10025 H Beam (HEA, HEB, HEM) utilize standardized export packaging and professional logistics solutions. Strict protective measures effectively prevent corrosion and structural damage during long-distance transportation, ensuring the products arrive intact and facilitating on-site installation in global construction and industrial projects.
Standard Export Packaging
H-beams are securely bundled into 2-3 ton bundles for easy handling. Each bundle is wrapped with a waterproof membrane to prevent moisture and dust. Wooden or steel pallets are provided to ensure container loading stability, and flange edge protection can be customized upon request. Each bundle is clearly marked with specifications, applicable standards, and furnace number for full traceability, and color-coded labels can be used to distinguish different sizes.
Flexible Loading and Transportation Methods
We select the appropriate transportation method based on product specifications. Standard H-beams are packaged in 20GP, 40GP, and 40HQ containers, while extra-large and extra-heavy profiles are transported by bulk carrier. Reinforced strapping and optimized loading design prevent product deformation, improve container utilization, and reduce transportation costs, while standardized loading operations ensure safe transport.
Delivery Time
Fast shipping is available for in-stock items. The production cycle for standard orders is 15-25 working days, while the delivery time for customized products depends on drawings, processing requirements, and order quantity. We provide stable transportation services to major ports worldwide.
Complete Export Documentation
We provide a full set of standard export documents to ensure smooth customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, EN 10204 3.1/3.2 material testing certificates, and certificates of origin. Third-party inspection reports from SGS, BV, and TUV are available upon request.
1. What Is EN 10025 S355JR H-Beam?
S355JR H-Beam is a kind of hot rolled structural steel section under the EN 10025-2 standard. It is widely used in the construction of buildings, bridges, warehouses, and industrial steel applications due to its high strength and good performance.
2. What is the difference between HEA, HEB, HEM beams ?
HEA: Light section, cost-effective general construction
HEB: Typical structural beam for the majority of building projects
HEM: Heavy load beam for extreme load applications
3. Can S355JR H-Beams be customized?
As a steel distributors, we can do custom cutting, drilling, welding preparation and surface treatment (hot dip galvanizing, painting).
4. What certifications can be provided for export?
We do have EN10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificate (MTC), and could support third party inspection such as SGS,BV or TUV at customers requirements.
5. How Should I Pack and How to Deliver H-Beams?
The beam steel is stacked into a bundle that is strapped with steel, usually bundling 2 to 3 tons depending on the size of the beam.
