Basic Protection
Each bundle is wrapped with tarpaulin. We place 2–3 desiccant bags inside every pack, then cover the whole bundle with heat-sealed waterproof sheeting.
Bundling Specifications
We use 12–16mm steel strapping. Each bundle weighs 2–3 tons, compatible with lifting equipment at US ports.
Marking & Labeling
English-Spanish bilingual labels are affixed, clearly marking material grade, specifications, HS code, batch number and test report number.
Packing for Large H-Section Steel
For oversized H-beams with cross-section height ≥ 800 mm, surfaces are coated with industrial anti-rust oil and fully dried, followed by tarpaulin wrapping.
