Packing Standard
We bind U-shaped sheet piles into uniform bundles using robust steel strapping. Every bundle is fixed with anti-slip steel fasteners to avoid shifting during transit.
For edge protection, hard plastic guards are fitted on both ends of each pile to prevent scratches, deformation and coating damage.
If clients require extra anti-rust treatment, we apply waterproof wrapping film over each finished bundle, suitable for long-distance sea freight to coastal areas.
Transportation Arrangement
We deliver goods via bulk cargo vessels or standard full-container loads based on order tonnage.
Our team optimizes stacking layout inside containers and holds to maximize loading capacity while ensuring structural safety.
