Steel Structure Construction: Frame beams and columns for high-rise office buildings, residential buildings, shopping malls, etc.; main frames and track beams for industrial plants;
Bridge Engineering: Small to medium span bridge deck systems and superstructures for highway and railway bridges;
Municipal and Special Engineering: Steel structures for subway stations, urban pipeline corridor supports, tower crane bases, and temporary construction supports;
Overseas Projects: Our steel structure designs comply with North American and other international steel structure standards (such as AISC specifications) and have been adopted as steel structure components in numerous multinational projects.
1) Branch Office - Spanish-speaking support, customs clearance assistance, etc.
2) Over 5,000 tons of stock in stock, with a wide variety of sizes
3) Inspected by authoritative organizations such as CCIC, SGS, BV, and TUV, with standard seaworthy packaging
Basic Coverage: Each bundle is packed with tarpaulin and 2-3 desiccant packs per bundle, and then covered with our heat sealable rain proof cloth.
Bundling: Strapping is done using 12-16mm Φ steel straps, compatible with American port lifting equipment with the load-bearing capacity of 2-3 tonnes per bundle.
Compliance Labeling: Bilingual labels (English and Spanish) are attached, clearly showing the material, specification, HS code, batch and test report number.
For oversized H-section steel (cross-section height ≥ 800mm), the steel surface is coated with industrial anti-rust oil, allowed to dry, and wrapped with tarpaulin.
Efficient logistics service chain, We have established stable cooperative relationships with shipping companies such as MSK, MSC, and COSCO.
We adhere to ISO9001 quality management system standards throughout the entire process, with a strict control mechanism in place from packaging material selection to transport vehicle allocation. This ensures the integrity of H-beams from factory to delivery, providing a solid foundation for smooth project construction!
Q1: What is the difference between your hot-rolled and welded H-beams?
A: We offer both to meet your specific engineering load requirements:
Hot-rolled: Formed directly from a steel billet in one piece. Ideal for standard structural columns.
Welded (composite): Constructed from multiple steel plates welded together. This structure can be customized in size and is suitable for non-standard H-beams such as the 350 or 500 series, and other ultra-heavyweight profiles.
Q2: How do you guarantee compliance with ASTM A572 Grade 50 standards?
A: Every structural beam undergoes rigorous physical and chemical testing:
Mechanical properties: Guaranteed yield strength ≥50 ksi (345 MPa), tensile strength ≥65 ksi (450 MPa).
Traceability: Comes with an authentic EN 10204 3.1 factory test certificate (MTC). We welcome third-party inspections by organizations such as SGS, BV, or TUV.
Q3: What are the specific dimensions of H-beams 350 and 500?
A: We supply these high-demand profiles, offering standard wide flanges and custom web/flange thicknesses, with tolerances conforming to ASTM A6 standards:
H-beam 350: For example, 350×175 mm, 350×350 mm, and equivalent W14 profiles.
H-beam 500: For example, 500×200 mm, 500×300 mm, and equivalent W21 profiles.
Q4: Do you offer custom fabrication services for steel structure buildings?
A: Yes. As a direct manufacturer, we can provide advanced secondary fabrication services based on your construction drawings:
Precise length cutting (reducing on-site waste).
Pre-drilled bolt holes and chamfering.
Direct welding of connecting gusset plates to the beams.
Q5: How do you protect steel from corrosion during sea transport?
A: To prevent surface corrosion of steel during long-haul sea transport (e.g., to the Americas or Southeast Asia), we use sea-safe packaging: Optional anti-corrosion black paint, varnish, or hot-dip galvanizing treatments.
The steel is securely bundled with wire ropes and reinforcing slings to ensure safe unloading.
Flexible transportation via 40-foot open-top containers/MAFI containers or bulk carriers.
Q6: What are your minimum order quantity and delivery time?
A: In-stock sizes: Flexible minimum order quantity; mixed containers of different sizes are welcome.
Custom welded beams: Typically 20 to 25 metric tons per size (one container).
Delivery time: In-stock products ship within 7-10 days. Custom rolling production or welding takes 25-40 days.
