    Process of production

    The production of hot rolled coil begins with raw material preparation, where high-quality steel slabs are selected according to required chemical composition and standards.

    The slabs are then heated in a reheating furnace to high temperatures above the recrystallization point, ensuring good plasticity for rolling.

    Next, the heated slabs undergo rough rolling, where thickness is gradually reduced through multiple passes to form intermediate steel strip.

    After roughing, the strip enters finishing rolling mills, where precise thickness control, width accuracy, and mechanical properties are achieved.

    The hot strip is then subjected to laminar flow cooling, which controls cooling speed to optimize microstructure and improve strength and toughness.

    Finally, the steel strip is coiled and packaged, forming hot rolled coils ready for storage, transportation, and further processing such as cutting, welding, or fabrication.
