    Steel Structure Building: Steel structures are supported by high strength steel, which brings the great advantages of being earthquake-proof, wind-proof, speedy in construction and flexible in space.

    Steel Structure House: Steel structure homes adopt lightweight steel framing construction that they save energy, protect environmental, have thermal insulation, and least investment duration.

    Steel Structure Warehouse: Steel structure warehouse with being large span, high space utilization, rapid installation, easy to design.

    Steel Structure Factory Building: Steel structure factory buildings have a strong load bearing capacity and large areas can be designed without the need for columns, which makes these buildings ideal for manufacturing and industrial applications.

    2. Enclosure system components (weather seal + rust protection)

    Roof purlins: C12×20~C16×31 (hot-dip galvanized) at a distance of 1.5~2m for the installation of color coated steel sheet, with a typhoon load of up to level 12.

    Wall purlins: Z10×20~Z14×26 (anti-corrosive paint), ventilation hole for reducing humidity for tropical factories.

    Bracing (Φ12~Φ16 hot-dip galvanized round steel) and corner braces (L50×5 steel angles) stiffen the frame laterally to resist winds up to 150 mph.

    3. Support auxiliary products (localized construction adaptation)

    1.Steel embedded parts (10mm-20mm thick, WLHT galvanized) for concrete foundation commonly used in Central America 1.Embedded parts: Steel plate embedded parts (10mm-20mm thick,HOT galvanized),suitable for the concrete foundation normally used in Central America;

    2.Connectors: High-strength bolts (grade 8.8, hot-dip galvanized), no welding on site, to save construction time;

    3.Water-based fire retardant paint (fire resistance ≥1.5h) and acrylic anti-corrosive paint (UV resist, life span ≥10years) complying with local environmental protection policies.

     Sections

    Standard sections are described in published standards internationally, and proprietary sections also exist.

    I-beams (capital "I" sections – in UK are UB for universal beam, UC for universal column; in Europe are IPE, HE, HL, HD and others; in US are wide flange (WF or W-shapes) and H-shapes).

    Z-beams (reverse half-flanges) .

    HSS (hollow structural sections, also called SHS (structural hollow sections), these include square, rectangular, circular (tubular) and oval shapes).

    Angles Steel (L-shaped sections) .

    Structural channels, C-Shaped sections, or C sections

    T-beams (T sections).

    Steel Bars that have a rectangular cross section but are not wide enough to be called plates.

    Steel Rods which are circular or square in cross section and has a length which is large compared to its width.

    Steel Sheets, which are pieces of metal of thickness less than 6 mm or 1/4 inch.

    Steel Structure Testing

    1. Salt spray test (core corrosion test) 2. Adhesion test 3. Humidity and heat resistance test
    Standards ASTM B117 (neutral salt spray) / ISO 11997-1 (cyclic salt spray), suitable for the high-salt environment of the Central American coast. Cross-hatch test using ASTM D3359 (cross-hatch/grid-grid, to determine peeling level); pull-off test using ASTM D4541 (to measure peel strength between coating and steel substrate). Standards ASTM D2247 (40℃/95% humidity, to prevent blistering and cracking of the coating during rainy seasons).
    4. UV aging test 5. Film thickness test 6. Impact strength test
    Standards ASTM G154 (to simulate strong UV exposure in rainforests, to prevent fading and chalking of the coating). Dry film using ASTM D7091 (magnetic thickness gauge); wet film using ASTM D1212 (to ensure corrosion resistance meets specified thickness). Standards ASTM D2794 (drop hammer impact, to prevent damage during transportation/installation).

    Packing and Transportation

    Packaging:
    Steel products are firmly packaged to protect its surface and keep the structure during handling and transportation. The components are usually wrapped with a waterproof material such as plastic film or rust preventing paper, and small accessories are packed in wooden boxes. In contrast, all bundles/sections are clearly labeled so you can unload them securely and professionally install them on-site.

    Transportation:
    Steel structure can be shipped by container or bulk ship based on size and destination. Large or heavy items are banded with steel strapping and wood is installed on both edges to hold the load in place while in transit. All of the logistic processes are done in accordance with international transport standards in order to guarantee delivery in a timely manner and safe arrival even if shipping over long distances or overseas.

    FAQ

    About material quality issues

    Q: Standards compliance What are the standards applicable in your steel structures?

    A: Our steel structure complies with the American Standards such as ASTM A36,ASTM A572 etc. for example: ASTM A36 is a general purpose carbon structural, A588 is a high – weather – resistanc structural suitable to be used in severe atmospherics.

    Q: How do you control the quality of steel?

    A: The steel materials are from the well-known domestic or international steel mills which has strict quality control system. When they arrived, the products are all tested rigorously, including the chemical composition analysis, the mechanical properties testing and the nondestructive testing, such as the ultrasonic testing (UT) and magnetic particle testing (MPT), to check if the quality meets with related standards.
