Basic Moisture Protection
Every steel bundle is wrapped in tarpaulin. We place 2–3 desiccant sachets inside, then fully enclose the bundle with heat-sealed waterproof sheeting.
Strapping Details
We use 12–16 mm steel strapping. Each bundle weighs 2–3 tons, matched to the lifting equipment available at US ports.
Product Marking
Bilingual labels (English + Spanish) are affixed to each package, clearly marking material grade, dimensions, HS code, batch number and test report number.
Large H-Section Steel (Section height ≥ 800 mm)
Oversized H-beams receive a coating of industrial anti-rust oil and are fully dried, before being wrapped with tarpaulin.

A: Our H-beams conform to ASTM A36 and A572 Grade 50, specifications widely recognised across Central America. We are also able to manufacture steel complying with regional standards including Mexico’s NOM upon request.

A: Ocean transit from Tianjin Port to Colon Free Trade Zone normally lasts 28–32 days. Total lead time covering manufacturing and export customs clearance ranges from 45 to 60 days. Expedited shipping solutions are available as an alternative.
