1️⃣ Bulk Cargo
works for large shipments. The coils are loaded directly onto ships or stacked with anti-slip pads between the base and the coil, wooden wedges or metal wires between coils and surface protection with rain-proof sheets or oil for rust prevention.
Pros: High payload, low cost.
Note: Specialized lifting gear is needed and condensation and surface damage must be avoided during haulage.

2️⃣ Containerized Cargo
Good for medium to small shipments. The coils are packed one by one with waterproofing and anti-rust treatment; a desiccant can be added in the container.
Advantages: Provides superior protection, easy to handle.
Drawbacks: Higher cost, decreased container loading volume.
