Production line of Steel sheet pile rolling line
z type steel sheet pile production is a manufacturing process that involves the creation of Z-shaped steel sheets with interlocking edges. The process begins with the selection of high-quality steel and the cutting of the sheets to the required dimensions. The sheets are then shaped into the distinctive Z-shape using a series of rollers and bending machines. The edges are then interlocked to create a continuous wall of sheet pile. Quality control measures are put in place throughout the production process to ensure the final product meets the necessary standards.
Packaging is generally naked, steel wire binding, very strong.
If you have special requirements, you can use rust proof packaging, and more beautiful.

Q: Is the material real Q345/Q345B? Can you provide test reports?
A: Yes, all our cold formed sheet piles use genuine Q345/Q345B structural steel. We supply original mill test certificates for every batch, with clear yield and tensile data for your inspection.
Q: How about the locking and waterproof effect? Will it leak easily?
A: The cold-formed locks are made to tight tolerances, so sheet piles connect firmly. For normal foundation pits and cofferdams, the sealing is good enough. We can also add sealing strips if you need higher water resistance.
Q: What standard sizes do you have? Can we customize section or length?
A: Regular models are Z260, Z300, Z360, Z400, Z500, Z600, with standard lengths 6m, 9m, 12m. We fully support custom thickness, height and length based on your project drawings.
Q: How long is the delivery time? Can we get a faster lead time for urgent orders?
A: Normal lead time is 7–15 days after deposit. For urgent projects, we can arrange priority production, as long as we confirm order quantity and details in advance.
Q: Will the piles deform easily during driving? Are they easy to construct?
A: Q345/Q345B has good toughness and strength. Our Z-type sheet piles are straight and stable, not easy to bend or twist during pile driving. They’re lightweight and simple to install on site.
