    Product Detail

Component Material / Specification Function Key Features
Primary Steel Frame ASTM A36, ASTM A572 Grade 50, ASTM A992 H-Beam or Box Column Carries the building's main structural loads Load-tested H-beams and box columns handle heavy roof, crane, and agricultural loads with consistent structural performance
Secondary Structure Galvanized C Purlin / Z Purlin Transfers roof and wall loads to the primary frame Cold-formed galvanized purlins cut dead weight while maintaining spanning strength—lighter framing without sacrificing load capacity
Roof System Color Steel Sheet or Insulated Sandwich Panel Sheds weather and regulates interior temperature Waterproof steel roofing with optional sandwich-panel insulation; cuts heat gain and lowers heating/cooling costs year-round
Wall System Steel Cladding or Sandwich Panel Encloses the building and shields the interior Impact-resistant steel cladding with insulation options; panel thickness and exterior finish specified to your climate and aesthetic needs
Bracing System Round Steel Bar, Angle Steel, Steel Rod Bracing Stiffens the frame against lateral forces Diagonal and cross bracing transfers wind and seismic loads into the foundation, keeping the frame rigid in high-wind and seismic zones
Connection System High-Strength Bolts, Nuts, and Fasteners Joins all prefabricated components on site Factory-torqued high-strength bolts deliver rigid, vibration-resistant joints; pre-drilled holes mean faster, more accurate erection
Surface Protection Anti-Rust Painting or Hot-Dip Galvanizing (HDG) Shields steel from corrosion and oxidation HDG or industrial paint coatings stand up to humidity, salt air, and the ammonia-rich atmosphere of livestock buildings
Ventilation System Ridge Vents, Louvers, Ventilation Windows Moves fresh air through the building and controls heat buildup Ridge vents, wall louvers, and operable windows work together to exhaust hot air, reduce condensation, and maintain healthy airflow for livestock and stored goods
Door System Sliding Doors, Rolling Doors, Bi-Fold Doors Provides access for vehicles, machinery, and animals Oversized openings accommodate tractors, trucks, and equipment; sliding, rolling, or bi-fold styles selected for your clearance and frequency-of-use needs
Drainage System Steel Gutters and Downpipes Collects and channels roof runoff away from the building Sized-to-calculate gutters and downpipes move rainwater off the roof and away from the foundation, preventing pooling and soil erosion around the structure

    Steel Structure Testing

    Test Item Standard & Description
    1. Salt Spray Test ASTM B117 (Neutral Salt Spray) / ISO 11997-1 (Cyclic Corrosion). Evaluates corrosion resistance for marine and coastal environments.
    2. Adhesion Test ASTM D3359 (Cross-Cut Adhesion) and ASTM D4541 (Pull-Off Adhesion). Verifies coating adhesion to the steel surface.
    3. Humidity Resistance Test ASTM D2247. Evaluates coating performance under high humidity to reduce blistering and coating failure.
    4. UV Weathering Test ASTM G154. Simulates long-term UV exposure to assess color retention and coating durability.
    5. Coating Thickness Test ASTM D7091. Measures dry film thickness to ensure coating meets project specifications.
    6. Impact Resistance Test ASTM D2794. Evaluates coating resistance to mechanical impact without cracking or peeling.

    FAQ

    1. What steel grades do you use?

Our primary frames use ASTM A36, A572 Grade 50, and A992 structural steel. Secondary members are cold-formed galvanized C/Z purlins. All material comes with mill test reports (MTR) on request.

    2. Can you customize the building size?

Yes. Span, length, eave height, bay spacing, and door locations are all engineered to your site and operation. Typical clear-span widths range from 10m to 80m; length is extendable in standard bay increments.

    3. How do I get a quote?

Send us your building dimensions, intended use (livestock, storage, grain, workshop), local wind/snow load requirements, and destination port. We return a detailed quotation within 24–48 hours.

    4. What is the lead time?

Standard kits ship in 25–35 working days after deposit and drawing approval. Larger or heavily customized projects may take 40–50 days. We confirm an exact shipping schedule at order confirmation.

    5. Do you provide installation?

We supply fully pre-drilled, pre-cut kits with detailed erection drawings and a parts list. Most clients hire a local crew; we can also arrange an on-site supervisor for guidance if needed. A typical 40×60m building goes up in 2–4 weeks.

    6. What wind and snow loads can the building handle?

Every frame is engineered to your local building code. We regularly design for 120–180 km/h wind speeds and 0.5–1.5 kN/m² snow loads. Provide your site's code or location and we size the structure accordingly.

    7. How long will the building last?

With standard hot-dip galvanized (HDG) primary framing and proper maintenance, design life is 50 years. Paint-finished frames in normal environments typically last 20–30 years before first repaint.

    8. Do you offer insulation?

Yes. Roof and wall sandwich panels (EPS, rock wool, or PU) are available in 50–200mm thickness. For uninsulated clipper buildings, we can supply fiberglass blanket insulation with vapor barrier.

    9. What certifications do you have?

We are ISO 9001 certified. Our welding procedures conform to AWS D1.1. CE marking and third-party inspection (SGS / BV) are available for EU and Middle East projects on request.

    10. Can the building be used for livestock?

Absolutely. We add ridge vents, wall louvers, curtain walls, and corrosion-resistant HDG framing to handle ammonia and humidity. Sliding or bi-fold doors can be sized for animal movement and feed trucks.

    11. How is the building shipped?

Components are bundled and containerized (20GP / 40GP / 40HQ) for sea freight. We provide a packing list and container loading plan so your team can unload and inventory efficiently.

    12. What payment terms do you accept?

Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance against copy of B/L. L/C at sight is available for orders above USD 50,000. Other terms can be discussed for established clients.
