    Product Detail

Hot-dip galvanized pipe is made by a metallurgical process in which the steel is dipped in molten zinc andf the zinc reacts with the steel to form a zinc-iron alloy layer that is adherent to the steel. The process consists of pickling to remove surface iron impurities and iron oxide, dry cleaning with an ammonium chloride, zinc chloride, or a salt mixture. The steel pipe is then dipped in molten zinc where a bead of zinc surrounds it, at this point complex physical and chemical reactions take place resulting in a tightly bonded, corrosion resistant alloy layer. This forms a pure zinc layer that blends seamlessly between the substrate and the electrolytic layer giving an even coverage superior adhesion and excellent long term corrosion resistance making it perfect for industrial, construction and infrastructure applications.

    Main Application

    Features

    1.Superior Corrosion Resistance

Hot-dip galvanizing forms a dense zinc-iron alloy layer that protects the steel from rust, even in outdoor and humid environments.

    2.High Strength & Durability

Made from quality structural steel, these pipes withstand heavy loads and repeated use in scaffolding applications.

    3.Uniform Zinc Coating

The galvanizing process ensures consistent coating thickness, full coverage, and long-lasting protection.

    4.Customizable Sizes

Available in various diameters, wall thicknesses, and lengths to meet specific project requirements.

5.Low Maintenance & Long Service Life

Reduced corrosion risk lowers maintenance costs and extends the lifespan of scaffolding structures.

    Application

1.Scaffolding Systems – Construction site, building maintenance and temporary structure.

2.Industrial Platforms – Factory, warehouse, and industrial equipment supports.

3.Formwork & Shoring – Concrete construction for structural stability.

4.Temporary Structures – Event stages, exhibition stands, and temporary tents.

5.Outdoor Construction – Corrosion resistant for application in bridges, pipelines, and maritime projects.
