This 48.3mm dia. round pipe is hot dipped galvanized steel pipe and conforms strictly to international standards including BS1139/EN39. It has very good corrosion resistance and super long life in outdoor environment with the zinc layer thickness up to 200-500 g/m², so that it is suitable for high intensity, high moisture environment like construction scaffolding, industrial building, greenhouse etc.

Details
The zinc coating can be tailored from 30g/m² to 550g/m² with different processes such as hot-dip galvanizing, electro-galvanizing and pre-galvanizing. All the products are with inspection report to ensure of quality compliance and performance.
All the thickness are produced strictly according to the contract required, with an accuracy of ±0.01mm. The galvanized layer is uniform and smooth, has good rust-resisting property, can be used for a long time.
We provide laser cutting with smooth and clean edge to ensure high precision of processing. Products are one straight seam welded steel pipe with galvanized surface.
Standard cutting lengths are 6–12 meters, and we also provide 20ft and 40ft American standard length s. Customized lengths (e.g. 13 meters) are available on request.

2. Packaging Demand
1.The surface of the steel pipe needs to be clean and dry without grease, dust and other contaminants. the steel pipe should be wrapped with two layers of plastic coated paper, the outer layer is a plastic sheet with a minimum thickness of 0.5mm and the inner layer is a transparent polyethylene plastic film with a minimum thickness of 0.02mm.
2.After packaging, the steel pipe should be marked and the mark shall indicate the steel pipe type, specification, batch number and production date.
3.Classification packaging of steel pipes According to different specification, sizes and length, the steel pipe can be classified and packaged, which is convenience for the loading and unloading as well as storage.
