Astm Hot Dip Ms GI Galvanized Welded Carbon Steel Round Pipe
Hot-dip galvanized pipes are manufactured by cleaning and pickling steel pipes, dipping them in molten zinc at around 450°C, and then cooling and inspecting them for coating quality. This process forms a strong, uniform zinc layer that protects the steel from corrosion, enhances durability, and ensures long service life, making the pipes ideal for construction, scaffolding, water, and gas applications.
Features
Resistant to Corrosion: Hot-dip galvanized layer can resist for rust and environmental damages for a long time.
High strength: Good mechanical performance as the product is made from high quality steel.
Durable and Reliable: Engineered for long life both indoors and out.
Customization: If you need other sizes, lengths or surface treatment, we can also supply.
Simple Installation: Pre fabricated and standardized for quick and safe installation.
With the standard: Produce as per ASTM, ISO, DIN, or as per customer’s specification.

Details
Our zinc layers can be produced from 30 g/m² to 550 g/m² and are available with hot-dip galvanizing, electro-galvanizing, and pre-galvanizing. Each batch is supplied with an inspection report, and the zinc coating thickness is produced according to the contract with a tolerance of ±0.01 mm.
We use laser cutting nozzles to ensure smooth and precise edges, and our pipes feature straight seam welding with a high-quality galvanized surface. Standard cutting lengths range from 6–12 meters, with American standard options of 20 ft and 40 ft, and we can also customize lengths such as 13 meters upon request.
With a 50,000 m² warehouse and a daily production capacity of over 5,000 tons, we are able to provide fastest shipping times and competitive prices to meet your project demands.
Galvanized pipes have a wide range of applications in construction, industry and other fields. It is very important that the packaging of galvanized pipes and the handling during transportation be adequate to deliver the products safely to prevent coming of rust, deformation or damage due to the nature of environment during shipment. The packing requirements, ways and precautions are summarized as following.
1.Packaging Demands
Clean and dry surface: the pipes should be clean without oil and dust.
Protective Wrapping: Apply double packaging, inner packaging transparent polyethylene film(≥0.02 mm), outer packaging is plastic coated paper or sheet(≥0.5 mm).
Labeling: Each package should be labeled with type, specification, batch number and production date clearly.
Classification: Pipe off by spec, size, length for loading/unloading, storing in a convenient way.
2.Packaging Method
Surface treatment: Pipes are cleaned and dried prior to packaging to prevent corrosion.
End Protection: End protection: Cork splints or equivalent supports at both ends to protect against distortion in transit.
Moisture & Rust Proof: The over wrapping and container lining material must be moisture, water and rust resistant.
Protection in storage: Don’t expose to sun light or damp places for long time after packaging.
Cautions Unify: The size and length of the tubes in the package to avoid the mismatch and waste. Make sure the modules are properly labeled and classified so that the warehouse can easily manage in the warehouse. Maintain stable stacking, no tilting or too high stacking to prevent the fall and the damage. Following these instructions, galvanized pipes can be well protected in transport and the delivery can be assured safe and sound in the destination.
Q1: What sizes and specifications can I have for galvanized pipe?
We have a wide range of sizes for OD size, thickness and lengths. In addition, special sizes can be manufactured according to your project requirements.
Q2:What styles of galvanization are there?
Our pipes are available in hot-dip galvanizing, electro-galvanizing, pre-galvanizing, with zinc coating thickness ranged from 30 g/m² to 550 g/m² and more on request.
Q3: How does the galvanized pipe pack for shipping?
Pipes are packed with two layers of protection wraps and tied with wooden or plastic rings at ends. The package is moisture proof, rust proof and can be transported by long distance.
Q4: How long is the typical lead time?
Standard orders are usually shipped within 7-15 days Large or Custom order may require longer lead time depends on the specifications & quantity.
Q5: Can you do inspection and certification?
