Process of production

Our production is based on the desulfurization of the molten iron by using magnesium-based treatment and top and bottom blown converter steelmaking to maintain the stable composition and high purity.

The molten steel is subsequently alloyed, LF (ladle furnace) refined, calcium wire fed and soft blown processed to enhance cleaness, toughness and mechanical properties in the overall.

The steel is then processed through medium-broadband continuous casting to form slabs after refinement, and the slab is cut and warmed in a walking beam heating furnace.

Hot Rolling Finish the slab rough rolling (5 passes), heat preservation, finishing rolling (7 passes) with controlled rolling process to keep the accuracy thickness and good mechanical properties.

Then, the strip is subjected to laminar flow cooling, coiling and packaging to guarantee the outstanding surface quality, stable performance and application in building and industry fields.
