High Mechanical Strength
Without exception, our high tensile strength forged components are machined from top quality domestic carbon steel or stainless steel bar stock.
Superior Corrosion Protection
Galvanizing/surfacings: external zinc layer by dipping in molten zinc or by electroplating gives very good long-lasting protection especially in combination with paint.
Leak-Free Joint System
Flexible push-on joints provide tight seals, speed installation, and enhance pipeline dependability.
Long Service Life
The economic evaluation of the process proposed herein assumes that it will be used for over 50 years with little maintenance.
International Standard Compliance
The products are manufactured following the ISO 2531, EN 545, EN 598 standards in public infrastructure for water and wastewater.
1. Raw Material Smelting | High-Purity Steel Smelting
Process: High-quality pig iron and recycled steel are smelted using advanced induction furnaces and cupola furnaces. Quality Control: Chemical composition (C, Si, Mn, P, S) is precisely controlled through continuous spectral analysis to ensure high spheroidization, resulting in high tensile strength and elongation.
2. Centrifugal Casting | High-Speed Centrifugal Casting
Process: Internationally advanced fully automated metal mold centrifugal casting machines are used to form high-density pipe walls. Quality Control: Casting speed and cooling temperature are monitored in real time to eliminate internal defects such as bubbles and inclusions, achieving excellent metallurgical structure.
3. Heat Treatment (Annealing) | Continuous Annealing Heat Treatment
Process: Pipes are annealed in a computer-controlled continuous annealing furnace to eliminate internal casting stress. Quality Control: This key process refines the grain structure, transforming the matrix into ferrite, thereby significantly improving the pipe's ductility and impact resistance.
4. Hydrostatic Pressure Testing | 100% Pipe-by-Pipe Pressure Testing
Process: Each pipe is sent to an automated hydrostatic pressure testing bench for testing before any coating application. Quality Control: Rigorous continuous testing under high pressure (up to 50 bar/5.0 MPa depending on nominal size) ensures absolute leak-free operation under extreme conditions.
5. Cement Mortar Lining | Cement Mortar Corrosion Protection
Process: Portland cement, sulfate-resistant cement, or high-alumina cement mortar lining is applied using a high-speed centrifugal spraying method. Quality Control: The inner surface is smooth, conforming to ISO 4179 standards, maximizing hydraulic flow (low coefficient of friction) and preventing scale or internal corrosion.
6. External Zinc Coating
Process: Pure zinc (99.99% purity) is thermally sprayed onto the outer surface immediately after annealing. Quality Control: Standard coating quality reaches a minimum of 130g/m² or 200g/m² (compliant with ISO 2531), providing an effective electrochemical sacrificial anodic protection layer against soil corrosion.
7. Asphalt or Epoxy Topcoat (Arctic or Epoxy) Application
Process: A layer of environmentally friendly black asphalt paint or a thick-film liquid epoxy/polyurethane is applied over the zinc coating. Quality Control: An automated spray curing system ensures a uniform dry film thickness (DFT) of at least 70 microns, forming an unbreakable barrier against harsh soil environments.
8. Final Dimensioning and Visual Inspection | Rigorous Dimensioning and Finished Product Appearance Inspection
Process: Comprehensive inspection of pipe length, wall thickness, outer diameter (OD), socket dimensions, and ovality. Quality Control: Strictly performed by our independent QA/QC team using calibrated digital calipers and ultrasonic thickness gauges to ensure perfect on-site alignment and connection.
9. Secure Packaging and Global Shipping | Minimalist Secure Packaging and Efficient Global Logistics
Process: Sockets and outlets are equipped with protective end caps or rubber rings. Piping is securely bundled with steel strapping and wooden padding. Quality Control: Tailor-made container loading and bulk carrier handling programs are implemented to prevent any coating scratches or physical impacts during sea transport to ports worldwide.
