Packaging Features
Coil Protection: The inner core utilizes a steel or paper tube; edges are fitted with corner guards or angle iron; the surface is covered with moisture-proof paper or PE film, and anti-rust oil may be applied as required.
Securing Method: Secured using high-strength steel strapping; wooden pallets are available as an option.
Group Bundling (Optional): Thin coils may be bundled in groups; individual coils within the group are separated by paper to prevent scratching, and the entire assembly is wrapped in plastic film.
Transportation Methods
Sea Freight: Transported in 20-foot or 40-foot containers, securely anchored using wooden wedges.
Rail Transport: Transported on flatcars or rail freight wagons, secured using chains or support brackets.
Handling and Storage
Handling: Please use coil hooks, lifting equipment, or C-hooks for handling; dragging of coils is strictly prohibited.
Storage: Store in an upright position to prevent deformation and rusting; store in a dry, well-ventilated environment, and avoid stacking to excessive heights.

ASTM A677 is the standard for fully processed non-oriented electrical steel. Numbers stand for thickness (36=0.36mm, 47=0.47mm, 64=0.64mm), F means fully processed, the last digits represent core loss value.
2. Core Features
Fully processed, no extra annealing required for users; low core loss, high magnetic permeability, suitable for 50/60Hz electromagnetic equipment.
3. Main Applications
Used for motors, generators, transformers, compressors, pumps and other electrical cores. Thinner grades for high-efficiency devices, thicker grades for large equipment.
4. Product Form
Delivered as steel coils, with surface insulation coating to reduce eddy current loss, good stamping and shearing performance.
5. Storage & Handling
