1. Raw Material Selection

2. High-Temperature Heating
Steel billets and slabs are heated to around 1,200°C, which maximizes the metal’s plasticity for subsequent forming.
3. Hot Roll Forming
Special rolling equipment processes the heated steel into accurate U-shaped sheet pile cross-sections.
4. Controlled Cooling
Workpieces undergo natural air cooling or water quenching to obtain target mechanical performance indicators.
5. Straightening & Length Cutting
Deformed sections are straightened first, then cut into standard fixed lengths or custom sizes based on client orders.
6. Full-Scale Quality Testing
Inspectors conduct comprehensive checks covering dimensional tolerance, mechanical performance and surface appearance defects.
7. Custom Surface Finishing (On Demand)

Packaging Standards
Binding Fixation
Finished sheet piles are grouped into standard bundles. Each pack is tightly secured by metal or plastic binding belts, so the whole bundle stays intact during lifting and transfer operations.
End Surface Safeguard
Thick plastic wrapping or wooden end caps are fitted on both ends of every bundle. This setup protects the pile ends from collision marks, surface scratches and permanent deformation during transit.
Anti-Rust Measures
All bundled goods receive dedicated anti-corrosion treatment. Clients can choose anti-rust oil coating or full waterproof plastic wrapping; both solutions stop surface oxidation and keep steel in good condition in warehouse storage and long-distance shipment.

Loading Operation
Industrial overhead cranes and forklifts are used to lift bundles onto trucks or shipping containers. Operators must follow rated load limits and balance rules strictly to prevent rollover or product damage.
In-Transit Stabilization
Bundles are stacked in stable layouts and reinforced with extra binding and blocking pieces. This stops bundles from sliding, knocking against each other or shifting mid-transit, lowering product damage risks and potential safety issues.
