Our Astm A53 oil pipe is a seamless steel pipe built for the demanding side of a petroleum refinery: furnace tubes, heat exchangers and process pipelines.

Seamless is the point. The pipe is drawn as one continuous hollow section, so there’s no longitudinal weld seam running the length of it — no weak line to fail when the pipe carries hot oil under pressure, year after year.

    Our ASTM A53 pipe covers black and hot-dipped galvanized finishes, in welded (ERW) and seamless types, Grades A and B. It's built for mechanical and pressure applications, and for everyday service in steam, water, gas and air lines.

    Wall thickness is produced strictly in accordance with the contract. Cut ends are finished by laser cutting — smooth, square and burr-free — and straightness is controlled during production so the pipe handles and joins cleanly on site.

    Standard cutting lengths run from 6 to 12 meters. We also supply American standard lengths of 20 ft and 40 ft. Need something non-standard? We can custom-cut to your order — 13 meters, or whatever your project calls for.

    1. Steel‑making & Billet Preparation

    Steel smelting → refining → continuous casting (CCM) to produce round billets.

    2. Billet Pre‑treatment

    Billet inspection → sawing & cutting.

    3. Hot Pipe Forming

    Billet heating → piercing → A‑R rolling → reheating.

    4. Sizing & Cooling

    Slight‑stretch reduction → cooling → straightening → blow dust → cutting pipe ends.

    5. Dimension & Surface Check

    Size examination → surface examination.

    6. Quality Testing

    Non‑destructive testing (NDT) → hydraulic test → drifting.

    7. Finishing & Delivery

    Marking → weighing → packing → warehousing → transport.

    Packaging is generally naked, steel wire binding, very strong.
    If you have special requirements, you can use rust proof packaging, and more beautiful.

    Precautions for packaging and transportation of 
    1. Carbon steel pipes must be protected from damage caused by collision, extrusion and cuts during transportation, storage and use.
    2. When using , you should follow the corresponding safety operating procedures and pay attention to prevent explosions, fires, poisoning and other accidents.
    3. During use, carbon steel pipes should avoid contact with high temperatures, corrosive media, etc. If used in these environments, carbon steel pipes made of special materials such as high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance should be selected.
    4. When selecting , carbon steel pipes of suitable materials and specifications should be selected based on comprehensive considerations such as the use environment, medium properties, pressure, temperature and other factors.
    5. Before carbon steel pipes are used, necessary inspections and tests should be carried out to ensure that their quality meets the requirements.
