Thickness of zinc coating is from 30g/m² to 550g/m2 and we have multi surface treatment ways, such as hot-dip galvanized steel pipe, electro-galvanized steel pipe, pre-galvanized steel pipe etc.
Custom zinc coating can be produced according to customer requirements or specifications of contract based upon inspection reports submitted. Our manufacturing process allows us to maintain a tight thickness tolerance of ± 0.01 mm.
We use laser precision cutting technology to guarantee clean, smooth pipe ends without burrs. The product can be straight seam welded galvanized steel pipe, seamless one.
The standard length for cuts is 6–12 meters, in 20ft and 40ft US standard lengths. Special lengths for example 13 m or others can be also produced on demand.
