Process of production
Initially, the raw material (steel plate or strip coil) is uncoiled and leveled. The strip is cut, edge prepared and welded form the and continuous weld with from ends. After removal of inner and outer weld bead, pipe is pre-corrected, induction heat treated, sized and straightened.
Then follows the product testing by eddy current inspection and water pressure testing, pickling, final quality inspection and dimension control. After all test is cleared, pipes are packed and dispatched.
Packaging is generally naked, steel wire binding, very strong.
If you have special requirements, you can use rust proof packaging, and more beautiful.
Precautions for packaging and transportation of carbon steel pipes
1. Carbon Steel Round Pipe must be protected from damage caused by collision, extrusion and cuts during transportation, storage and use.
2. When using carbon steel pipes, you should follow the corresponding safety operating procedures and pay attention to prevent explosions, fires, poisoning and other accidents.
