Mechanical Property Tests: Tensile, bend and impact tests are performed on critical welds to demonstrate strength, ductility and toughness.
Documentation & Compliance Welding procedures, welder qualifications, and logs are audited for completeness and traceability to AWS standards.
Further Inspections: Special checks are carried-out for corrosion protection, pressure testing, load tests etc.
