1. Rust-preventive Oil Coating (Standard Delivery): Suitable for light corrosion protection during short-term storage and ocean shipping. Forms a barrier film between air and moisture. Cost-effective and requires no additional construction. Suitable for temporary cofferdams and inland foundation reinforcement.

2. Black Asphalt/Epoxy Coal Tar Pitch/Coating (Optional FBE Coating)/Epoxy Coating: Provides medium- to long-term corrosion protection. Excellent adhesion, waterproof, and salt spray resistant. Suitable for river, lake, and mild marine environments. Can be pre-coated at the factory or applied in the field.

3. Hot-Dip Galvanizing (HDG): Zinc coatings have natural cathodic protection capabilities that are effective for a long time. Performs excellently in coastal, saline, and splash-prone areas. Performance of Locking

Produced by hot rolling according to EN 10248 standard with high precision, stable interlock form and good dimensional accuracy.
The Interlock Z-shape ensures a very tight link between two adjacent sheet piles.

High tensile strength and good lateral stiffness of the locking part prevent the loosening and dis-engaging when driving and in service.

Output compatible with our hard-wearing S390GP steel grade, but still holds up exceptionally well under extreme lateral strain!

Waterproof Performance

There is a natural water-stopping effect because tightly hot-rolled interlock is a continuous line with very little gap.

Steady interlock fit also contributes to substantial minimization of water seepage in foundation pit, cofferdams and retaining wall works.
It may be reinforced with sealing compound or waterstop strip for better waterproof condition if applied in river, coast or deep water projec.

The product has been used extensively in permanent water-retaining structures and temporary cofferdams because of its dependable waterproof and locking capability.
