The production process begins with molten iron desulfurization using magnesium-based treatment, followed by top and bottom blown converter steelmaking to ensure uniform composition and high purity.

After initial refining, the steel undergoes alloying, LF (ladle furnace) refining, calcium wire feeding, and soft blowing treatment to further improve cleanliness, toughness, and internal quality.

The refined steel is then processed through continuous casting (slab casting) to produce high-quality slabs, followed by slab cutting and reheating in a walking beam heating furnace.

In the hot rolling stage, the material goes through rough rolling (5 passes), controlled temperature rolling, heat preservation, and finishing rolling (7 passes) to achieve precise mechanical properties and dimensional accuracy.

Finally, the strip undergoes controlled rolling, laminar flow cooling, coiling, and packaging, ensuring excellent surface quality, strength, and stability for downstream applications.
