Packing And Delivery

Royal Steel Group employs professional export packaging to ensure the safe transport of structural steel beams. H-beams are typically bundled with steel straps and wrapped with a waterproof membrane for sea transport.

Both container shipping and bulk carrier shipping are available.

Basic Protection: Each bale is wrapped with tarpaulin, 2-3 desiccant packs are put in each bale, then bale is covered with heat sealed waterproof cloth.

Bundling: The strapping is 12-16mm Φ steel strap, 2-3 tons / bundle for lifting equipment in American port.

Conformance Labeling: Bilingual labels (English + Spanish) are applied with a clear indication of material, spec, HS code, batch and test report number.

For large size h-section steel cross-section height ≥ 800mm), the steel surface is coated with industrial anti-rust oil and dried, then packed with tarpaulin.
