Stainless Steel Bar Surface Finish

Through different processing methods of cold rolling and surface reprocessing after rolling, the surface finish of stainless steel bars can have different types.

The surface processing of stainless steel coils have NO.1, 2B, No. 4, No. 3, No. 6, BA, TR hard, Rerolled bright 2H, polishing bright and other surface finishes, etc.

Processing type: cold rolling, heat treatment, pickling or phosphorus removal

State characteristics: The surface is uniform, matte

Processing type: cold rolling, bright annealing

Process of Production 

The production process of stainless steel pipe needs to go through: stapling → calendering → annealing → slicing → pipe making → polishing
1. Tape booking: Prepare raw materials of steel tape in advance according to demand
2. Calendering: Use calendering machine to press the roll plate like rolling noodles and roll the roll plate to the required thickness.
3, annealing: due to the rolling plate after calendering, physical properties can not reach the standard, toughness is not enough, need to annealing, restore stainless steel properties.
4. Strip: According to the outer diameter of the pipe produced, strip it
5. Pipe making: Put the divided steel strip into the pipe making machine with different pipe diameter molds for production, roll it into the corresponding shape, and then weld it
6. Polishing: After the pipe is formed, the surface is polished by the polishing machine.

Packing and Transportation

Packaging is generally naked, steel wire binding, very strong.

If you have special requirements, you can use rust proof packaging, and more beautiful.
