The new line, which meets the most rigorous industrial standards, is intended for use on oil and gas platforms, power plants and major mining projects in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, the Americas and beyond.

Premium Material Selection: The Foundation of Strength

In the center of our new designs is the top quality Carbon Steel Q235B, which has good weldability and the good property of the structure.

Steel Grades: Although Q235A is available for normal applications, our standard range is Q235B which is tested for impact at 20°C and suitable for use in varying climates.

Special Options: In extremely corrosive chemical environment, Royal Steel Group can supply Stainless Steel Grating (SS304/SS316) as the superior option.

Advanced Types and Custom Configurations

Bearing in mind that no two projects in the industry are identical, this new range includes the most sought after and requested types of grating:

Serrated Steel Grating: With a “toothed” surface for maximum anti-slip safety, perfect for offshore rigs and oily walkways.
Plain Steel Grating: A staple for the pedestrian and light vehicular traffic.

Heavy-Duty Grating: The use of thicker bearing bars ( 50X5mm, 60X10mm, etc) in heavy load applications including cargo terminals and warehousing.

Normal Spacing: Our Series 1 (30mm pitch) and Series 2(40mm pi t ch) comply with international safety standards by not allowing small items to pass through the openings while still providing for good ventilation.

High-Tech Manufacturing and HDG Process

Royal Steel Group employs advanced pressure welding technology to securely connect load-bearing reinforcing bars to beams at intersections, achieving maximum rigidity.

A highlight of this release is our ASTM A123/ISO 1461 certified hot-dip galvanizing (HDG) process. Immersing the steel in molten zinc creates a metallurgical bond, providing:

Rust protection: Over 20 years of outdoor service life.

Self-healing: The zinc coating is cathodic relative to the steel, protecting the DAC (Direct Contact Counterweight) even with surface scratches.
