Process of production

The production process can be divided into hot rolling and cold bending. Hot rolling is used for large size angle steel, and cold bending is generally small.

The standard process is to use steel billets (such as square billets) to gradually roll into the shape of “V” through multiple passes of repeated rolling with a special section mill, and there is a transition arc at the inner side of the corner
