I. Core Packaging Standards (Marine Damage Prevention + Compliance Adaptation)
1. Packaging Process (Focus on Corrosion Prevention/Deformation Prevention/Moisture Protection)
Pre-treatment: Clean residual oxide scale from the steel coil surface, ensuring it is free of oil and moisture.
Inner Protection: Wrap 2-3 layers of waterproof film + moisture-proof paper, seal the ports (suitable for high-humidity marine environments).
Reinforcement and Fixing: Bundle with 3-4 high-strength steel straps (uniformly spaced), add rigid protective plates at both ends (to prevent edge compression deformation).
Outer Protection: Wrap the entire surface with wear-resistant woven fabric, add additional anti-collision strips in port lifting areas.
2. Packaging Labeling (Essential for Customs Clearance + Traceability)
Core Information: Material (e.g., A36/SS400), Specifications (thickness × width × weight), Production Date, Net Weight/Gross Weight
Compliance Labeling: CE/ASTM and other international standard certifications, moisture-proof label, lifting warning, country of origin label (adapting to target market customs clearance requirements).

1. Loading Plan (Primarily Sea Freight, Adaptable to Container/Bulk Carriers)
Container Loading: 20GP/40HQ customized reinforced, steel coils vertically stacked, gaps filled with cushioning pads (to prevent rolling during transport), single container load ≤ 28 tons.
Bulk Carrier Loading: Anti-slip mats + steel wire rope securing, layered stacking (no more than 3 layers), with reserved ventilation gaps (to prevent condensation and corrosion).
Core Requirements: Centered loading center of gravity, avoiding compression and deformation, compliant with IMO maritime safety standards.
2. Logistics and Customs Clearance (Adaptable to Foreign Trade Compliance)
Logistics Method: Domestic land transport (road/rail) → Port warehousing → Sea freight (direct/transfer), full monitoring of transport temperature/humidity.
