Process of production

First of all, raw material uncoiling: The billet used for it is generally steel plate or It is made of strip steel, then the coil is flattened, the flat end is cut and welded-looper-forming-welding-inner and outer weld bead removal-pre-correction-induction heat treatment-sizing and straightening-eddy current testing-cutting- Water pressure inspection—pickling—final quality inspection and size test, packaging—and then out of the warehouse.
Packaging is generally naked, steel wire binding, very strong.
If you have special requirements, you can use rust proof packaging, and more beautiful.
1. Cargo packaging
