Core Production Process
Raw Material Preparation: Select qualified continuously cast billets, and perform surface pretreatment to remove oxide scale and cracks.
Heating: Use a walking beam furnace to maintain a temperature of 1100-1250℃ to ensure uniform plasticity of the billet.
Rolling: Rough rolling to reduce thickness to 20-50mm (width control) → Finish rolling to reduce thickness to 1.2-25.4mm (precision control).
Cooling: Laminar flow cooling system with precise speed control to optimize steel microstructure and properties.
Coiling: Underground coiler for uniform tension coiling, and steel strip bundling and fixing.
Inspection and Packaging: Inspect dimensions/performance/surface quality, and package according to sea freight standards.
Key Production Considerations:
Raw Material Compliance: Meets international standards (ASTM/EN/JIS), complete MTC data, and surface defects-free.
Heating Control: Temperature 1100-1250℃, sufficient heat preservation to reduce oxidation and burn-off.
Rolling Precision: Width control + temperature control (850-950℃), removal of secondary oxide scale, ensuring dimensions/shape.
Cooling and Coiling: Adjust cooling speed according to material, uniform coiling tension, preventing loosening and deformation.
Inspection and Packaging: Mandatory performance and surface quality checks; export packaging for moisture and damage protection, with customs clearance information clearly marked.
