Process of production

The deformed steel bars are produced by small rolling mills. The main types of small rolling mills are: continuous, semi continuous and horizontal.

The billet used for continuous small rolling mill is generally continuous casting billet. The rolling lines are mostly arranged horizontally and vertically alternately to realize the non twist rolling of the whole line. At present, new processes such as walking beam heating furnace, high-pressure water descaling, low temperature rolling and endless rolling are adopted for bar rolling

The production process is as follows:

Walking beam furnace roughing mill -medium rolling mill-finishing mill - water cooling device – cooling bed – cold shear – an automatic counting device- Baler- Unloading table

If you have special requirements, you can use rust proof packaging, and more beautiful.
