ASTM A992 6*12 / 12*16 Hot Rolled H-beam Steel Structure Beam and Column Structure Steel H-beam
Hot Rolled H Beam cross-section consists of a web (the vertical center section) and flanges (the horizontal sections on either side). The flanges have parallel inner and outer surfaces, and the transition to the web is arc-shaped. This design offers the following advantages:
Strong flexural strength: The high section modulus significantly increases the load-bearing capacity of traditional I-beams and channels at the same weight.
High structural stability: The uniform flange width provides excellent lateral stiffness, making it suitable for supporting bidirectional loads.
High material efficiency: The stress concentration problem associated with traditional steel sections is reduced, saving 10% to 30% of steel.

Features
H Beam Steel is an economical profile with a cross-section shape similar to the capital Latin letter h, also known as universal steel beams, wide flange I-beams or parallel flange I-beams. The section of H-shaped steel usually includes two parts: web and flange, also called waist and edge. The web thickness of H-shaped steel is less than that of ordinary I-beams with the same web height, and the flange width is greater than that of ordinary I-beams with the same web height, so it is also called wide flange I-beams.

Application
H-beams, due to their high efficiency and cost-effectiveness, have become a core material for modern steel structures and are widely used in:
Construction: Industrial plants, high-rise building frames, and large-span venues (such as airports and stadiums);
Bridge Engineering: Main beams and piers for railway and highway bridges, particularly large-span steel structures;
Machinery Manufacturing: Heavy equipment frames, crane track beams, ship keels, etc.;
Energy and Chemical Industries: Steel platforms, towers, piers, and other industrial facilities.

1. What are your prices?
Our prices are subject to change depending on supply and other market factors. We will send you an updated price list after your company contact
us for further information.
2. Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, we require all international orders to have an ongoing minimum order quantity. If you are looking to resell but in much smaller quantities, we recommend you check out our website
3. Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis / Conformance; Insurance; Origin, and other export documents where required.
4. What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 5-20 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when
(1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.
