Simple Protective Measures
Every batch of steel is protected with different layers. It’s fully wrapped and sealed with high density waterproof tarpaulin in the first place. Two to three high-efficiency desiccant pouches are placed into each bundle to take up humidity. Then, the outside layer is heat-sealed with the waterproof cloth which is glued together to form a seamless sealing, passioned rain, dust and rust proof treatment, steel quality is guaranteed in shipping and storing.
Professional Strapping Standards
The strapping is made from tough galvanized steel with a thickness between 12-16mm. Equal and multiple points symmetrical fastening will ensure a safe and stable load balance. 2-3 ton compatible strapping with the lifting machinery is available in our US ports, it protects the load from the shock of transportation and hoisting, facilitates efficient loading and unloading, and reduces loss of commodities.
Approval Posting Norms
A waterproof and wear-resistant label is attached to each bundle in English and Spanish, providing information about the material, specification, HS code the batch number and the test report number. This is in compliance with the requirements for cross-border transportation, and is very convenient for customs inspection and quick verification of consignees. We clear the surface first, apply industrial anti-rust oil forming a protective layer on the surface for over size H-beam with height of cross section not less than 800mm or so and then we full wrap the product with waterproof tarpaulin for air drying. This kind of double-defense keeps the rust away and guarantees the quality of huge-scale transport and delivery.
