Royal Group, founded in 2012, is a high-tech enterprise focusing on the development, production and sales of architectural products. Our headquarter is located in Tianjin, the national central city and the birthplace of "Three Meetings Haikou". We also has branches in major cities across the country.
OUR CARBON STEEL PLATES
Wear-Resistant Plate
Usually composed of a base layer (ordinary steel) and a wear-resistant layer (alloy layer), the wear-resistant layer accounting for 1/3 to 1/2 of the total thickness.
Common grades: Domestic grades include NM360, NM400, and NM500 ("NM" stands for "wear-resistant"), and international grades include the Swedish HARDOX series (such as HARDOX 400 and 500).
Ordinary Steel Plate
Steel plate, primarily made of carbon structural steel, is one of the most basic and widely used types of steel.
Common materials include Q235 and Q345, where "Q" represents yield strength and the number represents the yield strength value (in MPa).
Weathering Steel Plate
Also known as atmospheric corrosion-resistant steel, this steel offers excellent corrosion resistance. In outdoor environments, its service life is 2-8 times that of ordinary steel, and it resists rust without the need for painting.
Common grades include domestic grades such as Q295NH and Q355NH ("NH" stands for "weathering"), and international grades such as American COR-TEN steel.

Galvanized steel sheets are coated using two methods: hot-dip galvanizing and electrogalvanizing.
Hot-dip galvanizing involves immersing metal products in molten zinc, depositing a relatively thick zinc layer on their surface. This layer typically exceeds 35 microns and can reach up to 200 microns. It is widely used in construction, transportation, and power generation, including in metal structures like transmission towers and bridges.
Electrogalvanizing uses electrolysis to form a uniform, dense, and well-bonded zinc coating on the surface of metal parts. The layer is relatively thin, approximately 5-15 microns, resulting in a smooth and even surface. Electrogalvanizing is commonly used in the manufacture of automotive and appliance parts, where coating performance and surface finish are crucial.
Galvanized sheet thickness typically ranges from 0.15 to 3.0 mm, and widths typically range from 700 to 1500 mm, with custom lengths available.
Galvanized sheet is widely used in the construction industry for roofs, walls, ventilation ducts, household hardware, automobile manufacturing, and home appliance production. It is an indispensable basic protective material for both industrial and residential applications.
OUR STEEL PLATES
Galvanized Steel Sheet
Cold-Rolled Galvanized Steel Sheet (CRGI)
Common Grade: SPCC (Japanese JIS Standard), DC01 (EU EN Standard), ST12 (Chinese GB/T Standard)
High-Strength Galvanized Steel Sheet
Low-Alloy High-Strength: Q355ND (GB/T), S420MC (EN, for cold forming).
Advanced High-Strength Steel (AHSS): DP590 (duplex steel), TRIP780 (transformation-induced plasticity steel).
Fingerprint-Resistant Galvanized Steel Sheet
Material Features: Based on electrogalvanized (EG) or hot-dip galvanized (GI) steel, this sheet is coated with a "fingerprint-resistant coating" (a transparent organic film, such as acrylate) to resist fingerprints and oil stains while retaining the original gloss and making it easy to clean.
Applications: Home appliance panels (washing machine control panels, refrigerator doors), furniture hardware (drawer slides, cabinet door handles), and electronic device casings (printers, server chassis).
Roofing Sheet
Galvanized corrugated sheet is a common metal sheet made from galvanized steel sheets that are cold-bent into various corrugated shapes through roller pressing.
Cold-rolled corrugated sheet: SPCC, SPCD, SPCE (GB/T 711)
Galvanized corrugated sheet: SGCC, DX51D+Z, DX52D+Z (GB/T 2518)
