1. Stainless Steel Plate Production Process

After melting in a high-temperature furnace, the molten steel is cast into a slab, which is initially shaped by hot rolling, cold rolled to improve precision, and finally ground to produce high-quality plates.
2.Stainless Steel Plate Identification Method: Spark Identification Method
Different stainless steels can be distinguished by sparks: 201 Stainless Steel Plate sparks are long and thick, with forked tails and bright colors; 304 Stainless Steel Plate sparks are short and thin, with more straight strips and less splits; 316 Stainless Steel Plate is difficult to spark, short and red straight lines, without forks.
