1. Black Oil Coating: An Effective Choice for General Rust Prevention
To address the rust prevention needs of general steel pipes, Royal Steel Group utilizes Black Oil coating technology to provide basic protection for newly produced steel pipes. Applied via a liquid spray method, the coating achieves a precisely controlled thickness of 5-8 microns, effectively shielding against air and moisture, providing excellent rust prevention. With its mature, stable process and high cost-effectiveness, Black Oil coating has become a standard protection solution for the Group's general steel pipe products, eliminating the need for additional customer requirements. It is widely used in various projects requiring essential rust prevention.

2. FBE Coating: Precision Application of Hot-Dissolved Epoxy Technology

In applications requiring the highest level of corrosion protection, Royal Steel Group's FBE (hot-dissolved epoxy) coating technology demonstrates superior advantages. This process, based on bare pipe, first undergoes rigorous rust removal using either SA2.5 (sandblasting) or ST3 (manual descaling) to ensure the pipe's surface cleanliness and roughness meet specified standards. The pipe is then heated to evenly adhere the FBE powder to the surface, forming a single or double-layer FBE coating. Double-layer FBE coating further enhances corrosion resistance, adapting to more complex and demanding operating environments and providing a reliable barrier for oil and gas pipelines.

3. 3PE Coating: Comprehensive Protection with a Three-Layer Structure

Royal Steel Group's 3PE coating solution offers comprehensive protection through its three-layer design. The first layer is a color-adjustable epoxy resin powder, laying a solid foundation for corrosion protection. The second layer is a transparent adhesive, serving as a transitional layer and enhancing adhesion between the layers. The third layer is a spiral wrap of polyethylene (PE) material, further enhancing the coating's impact and aging resistance. This coating solution is available in both anti-traverse and non-anti-traverse versions, tailored to customer needs, offering flexible adaptation to diverse project scenarios. It is widely used in long-distance transmission pipelines and municipal engineering pipelines.

4. ECTE Coating: A Cost-Effective Option for Buried and Submerged Applications

For specialized applications such as buried and submerged applications, Royal Steel Group has introduced the Epoxy Coal Tar Enamel Coating (ECTE) solution. This coating, based on epoxy resin coal tar enamel, maintains excellent corrosion resistance while effectively reducing production costs, offering customers a cost-effective option. Although ECTE coatings involve some pollution during production, the Group has optimized its production processes, equipped with comprehensive environmental treatment equipment, and strictly controlled pollutant emissions, achieving a balance between meeting project requirements and fulfilling environmental responsibilities. This has made it the preferred coating solution for projects such as buried oil pipelines and underground water networks.

5. Fluorocarbon Coating: Expert in UV Protection for Pier Piles
For applications like pier piles, which are exposed to intense UV radiation for extended periods, Royal Steel Group's Fluorocarbon coating technology demonstrates unique advantages. This two-component coating consists of three layers: the first is an epoxy primer, zinc-rich primer, or baseless zinc-rich primer, providing a strong rust-proof foundation. The second layer is an epoxy micaceous iron intermediate coat from the renowned brand Sigmacover, enhancing coating thickness and preventing penetration. The third layer is a fluorocarbon topcoat or polyurethane topcoat. Fluorocarbon topcoats, particularly those made from PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride), offer excellent UV, weather, and aging resistance, effectively protecting pile foundations from erosion by sea breezes, salt spray, and UV rays. The Group also collaborates with renowned coatings brands such as Hempel, selecting their primers and midcoats to further ensure the overall quality of the coatings and provide long-term protection for marine infrastructure such as docks and ports.

6. Internal Coatings for Water Pipelines: IPN 8710-3 Cleanliness Guarantee
